Over the past few months, I’ve had the privilege of photographing and creating video content for some truly remarkable guesthouses, lodges, hotels and tourism destinations across South Africa.
This past weekend took us to the beautiful Wyndford Holiday Farm, a hidden gem nestled on the border of Lesotho near Fouriesburg. With more than 120 years of history, Wyndford offers the kind of timeless charm, breathtaking mountain scenery and warm hospitality that makes you want to stay a little longer.
Despite a freezing winter weekend, we were rewarded with spectacular light, dramatic landscapes and images that truly showcase the character of this special destination.
As photographers and filmmakers, we are constantly reminded that great photography doesn’t just document a place — it inspires people to book, visit and experience it for themselves.
We can’t wait to return, this time not with cameras in hand, but with family, a warm fireplace, a glass of red wine, and a little more time to simply enjoy everything Wyndford has to offer.
