The Beginning
During my student years, I was working as a DJ over weekends, earning extra money. I soon saw a niche in the market, borrowed money from my Dad, and bought my very first camera, now I could photograph people at the functions, while providing the music as well. Soon this became a roaring business, and brought in more money than my full time job as a Purchasing Manager at a big Retail store.
Today, almost 24 years later, and many, many hours of hard work at inconvenient times, I can proudly say, without a doubt, that I have made a success, and I am recognized as one of our country’s best and most well-known Portrait and Sports photographers.
Over the years my business has evolved from a part time – one man band, to a professional photographer with a studio, equipped with the highest standard and latest technology. This of course would not have been possible without a talent and a passion for what I love doing, – capturing special moments.
There are so many different facets to photography, and I have a tremendous amount of experience in the following fields: Sport, Weddings, Commercial photography, and Video Productions. However, my passion lies with weddings and portraiture, the photographing and capturing of special moments and facial expressions of children, and families. This is where my assistant Anneri, plays a very important role in making every studio session a success story. Getting the attention of a small and difficult child, keeping their attention and getting the reaction needed for the perfect shot.
